Please note that asking us “How long will my order take?” can potentially make everyone’s order take longer.  In the off-seasons, we generally ship out orders within 2 business days, and sometimes up to a week in the busy season.  If we have to make or import backordered products, this can take many weeks.  You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.  Loadshedding sometimes causes delays.

We are a small family-run business working from home.  If you would like to have a look at the toys that we have in stock, you are free to come over and have an visit us at our office, but please be aware that we don’t have a fancy shop-front for browsing.  Our stockroom is crammed into a small garage.  We highly recommend that you search and browse our website and order online before coming over, so we can get your toys ready for collection of viewing.   You’ll also find that ordering online with delivery is far more efficient and cost-effective for everyone than driving here yourself and waiting while we dig through the shelves.
