Emails are the most effective way of contacting us, so we have all the information recorded without getting lost in WhatsApp or Instagram messages.  If you want to talk to a real person, you can call us and have a chat.

Please note that asking us “How long will my order take?” can potentially make everyone’s order take longer.  In the off-seasons, we generally ship out orders within 2 business days, and sometimes up to a week in the busy season.  If we have to make or import backordered products, this can take many weeks.  You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.  Loadshedding sometimes causes delays.

If you would like to have a look at the toys that we have in stock, feel free to come over and have a look, but please be aware that we’re still moving in, and we won’t have a fancy well-organised shopfront for a while (hopefully I’ll update this when we’re all set up).  We highly recommend that you search and browse our website and order online before coming over, so we can get your toys ready for viewing or collection.  You’ll also find that ordering online with delivery is far more efficient and cost-effective for everyone than driving here yourself and waiting while we dig through the shelves.
