Made from steel and coating in a matte black powder coat finish, it is a solid piece – no assembly required.  The handle is embossed with 1.2 mm diamond knurling to help you hold on tight through every swing, joust, and swipe.  It has been poured and welded with precision to provide you with an expertly made, durable maceclub.

Steel Mace Flow is a modern movement practice that integrates mind, body and breath with ancient weapons of war.  It combines elements of Hatha Yoga, Martial Arts, Circular Strength Training, Mobility, Calisthenics, Animal Locomotion, Breathwork and Meditation.  The practice is designed to improve mobility, agility, flexibility and strength and emotional well-being.  All techniques are learned by repetition and precision with the focus on smooth transitions, to help shift into full body and mental awareness (Flow Sates).
